What Does A Sideways Peace Sign Indicate?

In good company with saints and virgins

In 2001, I had no idea when I started with Little Red Riding Hood to venture closer to me as it were Madonna portraits. Now I paint already the third Holy Virgin, and it must be like to have more. Even as a child I was the prayer and religious icons have been fascinated. During our trip to Central America I could dive completely into these saints, and relics kitsch world.

This time get the black Virgin Guadalupe a background of petate, a palm-leaf mats, which in Nicaragua and Mexico is the simple campesinos to sleep.
